Are you looking to occupy
property?
Why choose Priority Sites?
We
offer a wide range of property throughout England
so there is likely to be something in, or close
to, your preferred location.
Our
schemes are usually built on a speculative basis
which means you can view and acquire property that’s
available immediately, rather than looking at an
empty field.
We
build factories (generally 3,000 sq ft to 30,000
sq ft), hybrid units (which offer a combination
of assembly and office space) and offices.
We
develop on business parks, usually with excellent
transport links and other facilities and in town/city
centres. The choice is yours!
All
our properties are designed and built to a high
standard of construction and environmental quality, providing the image you desire. Good quality
materials are used to help keep future maintenance
costs to a minimum. And warranties from the design
team and contractor protect your long-term interests.
Almost
all our properties are offered on either a leasehold
or freehold basis. Over recent months most of our
customers have chosen to buy their property, but
we are also happy to quote terms for leases.
Can’t find what you’re
looking for?
It
is possible that your requirements are different
to our usual products or, due to high demand,
we haven’t anything currently available
in your preferred location.
In
such cases, we’ll be happy to discuss building
something to suit your needs. Being owned by The
Royal Bank of Scotland and English Partnerships,
you can be sure that Priority Sites will deliver
your property to the agreed specification, standard
of construction and timescale.
Business, finance and other support
We
have close links with many regional development
agencies, local authorities and other organisations
that can provide advice on grants, training
etc.
Our
parent company, The Royal Bank of Scotland, can
also provide information on its range of services
available to Priority Sites customers.
