Regeneration specialist Priority Sites has expanded its South West team with the appointment of Robert McGuffie as senior development manager.

Robert was previously regeneration manager for the South West Regional Development Agency, where he was responsible for delivering a variety of high profile commercial and retail developments, including the £75 million St Austell town centre redevelopment*. 

He joins Priority Sites at a time when the company is progressing a £24.8 million programme of commercial development across the South West, and is seeing thriving demand for its industrial and office premises – all completed schemes that began in 2006 have already been sold.
