NEW APPOINTMENT FOR EXPANDING NATIONAL DEVELOPER

England’s leading regeneration specialist, Priority Sites, which recently celebrated its three millionth sq ft of commercial development, has expanded its team with the appointment of Lee Buchanan as development manager.

Lee joins the 23 strong team at Priority Sites Limited, bringing several years of experience in property management from both Lambert Smith Hampton and Langtree Group. He will be responsible for several projects across South Yorkshire, the Midlands and the South East of England.

He joins at a time when Priority Sites is becoming increasingly active across England, with 750,000 sq ft of new development being launched over the next 12 months.
